Youll build and execute a sales enablement strategy that directly impacts revenue by ensuring our sellers have the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed in a competitive SaaS market. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who is passionate about both sales and learning, with a proven track record of using data to drive results on a global scale. You will also manage and mentor a team of enablement professionals. What will you be doing? <ul> <li>Strategy &amp; Program Leadership: Design and lead the comprehensive sales enablement strategy for our global sales organization. This includes onboarding new hires, ongoing training, and continuous development programs.</li> <li>Team Management: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales enablement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.</li> <li>Needs Analysis: Partner with global sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, process inefficiencies, and content needs across all sales roles.</li> <li>Content Creation &amp; Management: Develop and manage a library of high-impact sales content, including playbooks, battlecards, product training materials, and competitive intelligence resources.</li> <li>Training &amp; Coaching: Facilitate engaging training sessions on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and communication skills. Implement coaching programs to reinforce learning and drive behavioral change across different regions.</li> <li>Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all enablement initiatives. Use data to report on program success, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate a clear ROI.</li> <li>Technology &amp; Tools: Own and manage the sales enablement technology stack, ensuring tools like learning management systems (LMS) and content platforms are optimized for the global sales teams needs.</li> </ul> What are we looking for? <ul> <li>Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in a dedicated sales enablement, learning &amp; development, or sales training role within a B2B SaaS environment. Must have experience managing a minimum of 5 direct reports. </li> <li>Global Acumen: Proven experience in managing and scaling sales enablement programs for a global or multi-regional sales force. Experience managing a team is essential.</li> <li>Sales Expert: A strong understanding of the SaaS sales process, from prospecting to close.
