In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the design process on projects for our mobile and web application.</span></div><div><br /></div><h3>About the role</h3><ul><li>Lead design efforts for new product initiatives and major feature releases across web and mobile platforms as part of the design team</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences</li><li>Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering through implementation. We’re not creating art in Figma, we’re shipping high-quality, beautiful experiences to our customers.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Establish and promote design standards, best practices, and design systems across the organization</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in product design roles</li><li>Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and processes</li><li>Experience leading research studies and staying up-to-date with customer sentiment</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across various platforms</li><li>Proficiency in product development tools including Slack, Linear, Figma</li><li>Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Experience with design systems and Figma component libraries</li></ul><div>This role will work out of our San Francisco office two days a week. </div>
