What you’ll do<ul><li>Expert Product Selling: Act as a knowledge leader in ITSM industry trends to inform sales strategies and positioning of Jira Service Management</li><li>Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth</li><li>Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions, focusing on value-based interactions</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Account Executives, Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Partner Management teams to align on sales strategies and explore co-selling opportunities</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of sales experience with Enterprise and Mid-Market level accounts</li><li>Extensive experience in ITSM and ESM solution sales</li><li>Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape</li><li>Ability to engage with C-level executives and technical audiences</li><li>Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets</li><li>Fluent English language skills, and preferably fluent in a Central/Eastern European languages (Polish, Czech, Hungarian, etc.)</li></ul> CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
