<ul><li>Expert Product Selling: Act as a knowledge leader in ITSM industry trends to inform sales strategies and positioning of key product Jira Service Management.</li></ul><ul><li>Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.</li><li>Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions, focusing on value-based interactions.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Partner Management teams to align on sales strategies and explore co-selling opportunities.</li></ul> <ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of selling experience in Enterprise and Mid-Market level accounts</li><li>3+ years of ITSM selling experience in Enterprise and Mid-Market level accounts.</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of supporting public sector in DoD / FSI / IC</li><li>Extensive experience in solution sales, particularly in ITSM and ESM.</li><li>Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and technical audiences.</li><li>Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.</li></ul>CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidates skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
