In this role, you will:<ul><li>Set comprehensive GTM strategies that distill complex processes and sets of information into clear written communications that include customer segmentation, messaging, and internal enablement across a mix of channels</li><li>Able to pivot quickly and manage multiple complex programs concurrently.</li><li>Apply your strong customer-centric focus to all content and programs</li><li>Partner with sales leadership and enablement to craft enablement programs</li><li>Create high-quality assets for use by demand gen, sales, and partners. This can take the form of blogs, webinars, leadership, analyst reports, community posts, pitch decks and more</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex conversations</li><li>Build strong relationships with your Product counterparts and engage in sparring and strategic roadmap discussions</li><li>Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and campaigns to help us meet our business goals</li></ul> Your background:<ul><li>5+ years of B2B PMM experience, ideally with a DevOps and cloud infrastructure or Service Management background</li><li>Experience with creating, driving, and managing go-to-market plans across a variety of owned channels</li><li>Passionate, self-starter with a no-bullshit, can-do attitude</li><li>Youre eager to jump in to get things done and dont get flustered in a fast-paced and often changing environment</li></ul>CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidates skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
