The Senior Enterprise Delivery Manager, Migrations is responsible for ushering Atlassian’s most complex customers into cloud, ensuring their migration journey and cloud experience is smooth. As the main stakeholder, you will serve as trusted advisor to customer leadership, and chief delivery manager, demonstrating both technical and project governance capabilities.You will work closely with customer key stakeholders and cross-functional teams—including Sales, Solutions, Support, Product Management, Channel Partners, and Engineering—to ensure effective communication, align priorities, and coordinate joint initiatives.Proven capability to define customer cloud strategies. Leadership and teamwork are crucial skills for success in this role. You will identify potential challenges and facilitate effective solutions, leveraging your extensive experience to steer teams towards successful project outcomes. Enhance collaboration and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Steering Committee Leadership: Lead meetings and plan reviews to guide project direction. Maintain communication with stakeholders to advocate for the team and meet customer objectives.</li><li>Risk Management: Oversee high-risk migration projects, align project plans with goals, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.</li><li>Coordination with Support and Engineering: Ensure on-time delivery of migration execution against customer expectations by coordinating with support and engineering teams.</li><li>Escalation Management: Act as the escalation point for customers to drive urgency on critical blockers during migrations.</li><li>Team Leadership: Foster a cohesive team environment, promote trust and accountability, organize workflow, delegate tasks, and provide mentorship for continuous development.</li><li>Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate insights into customer interactions.
