In this role, you will:In this non-traditional sales leadership role you will manage a team of experienced Strategic Account Executives, covering the DACH region.You will set the sales strategy and lead its execution across your team. You will help your team unlock new business opportunities and build relationships with business and IT stakeholders within their customer base to propel incremental sales. Your team will also partner with other teams, including channel, product specialists, and solutions engineers. They are advocates for our customers, providing market feedback to our development teams, and helping us always improve our customer experience. Your background:<ul><li>At least 10 years of large enterprise software sales experience</li><li>5 or more years of people management experience</li><li>A track record of achieving targets</li><li>You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and help us build the next generation sales motion</li><li>You bring experience in leveraging AI tools for the sales cycle</li><li>You enjoy value selling</li><li>Youre passionate about coaching people</li><li>You can coach your sales team to drive a sales cycle, build a pipeline, deliver accurate forecasting, and achieve revenue goals</li><li>You love trying out new things and sharing your findings with your team</li><li>Extensive experience selling in the DACH region</li><li>Ability to address C- level stakeholders in your accounts</li><li>Fluency in English and German</li></ul>Benefits &amp; PerksAtlassian offers a wide range of perks and benefits designed to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
