What youll do<ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact data science projects aligned with business goals</li><li>Improve user journey and customer value by managing and understanding trends in large volumes of data</li><li>Guide measurement culture and understand the impact of our partners strategy, including designing and analyzing experiments and feature launches</li><li>Build top-notch dashboards that provide partners and internal team members with a clear understanding of trends and insights.</li><li>Share high-quality insights with several levels of leadership to guide important decisions and shape company strategies</li><li>Work with product managers and engineers to translate insights into product improvements.</li></ul> Your Background<ul><li>Fluency with SQL or other programming languages like Python, Scala, or R</li><li>Experience using dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Business Objects or similar</li><li>Experience with supervised learning, optimization, and statistical analysis</li><li>Able to commit to a 12 week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026</li><li>Currently enrolled in a full-time masters degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027</li></ul>CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidates skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
