This preparation sets the groundwork for a successful product launch by defining financial goals, strategic expectations, and will be the basis for prioritization.</li><li>Post-Launch Analysis: track product performance regularly to evaluate its success against revenue targets and KPIs. This ongoing assessment creates a feedback loop with R&amp;D for continuous improvement. The insights gained help refine future product strategies and ensure alignment with initial projections.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of consumption-based pricing models and product bundling strategies.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights into key performance indicators and strategic priorities.</li></ul> Skills and requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 7+ years in business strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting, OR 5+ years in sales strategy, operations, or analytics.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Excel, with the capability to conduct complex data analysis and model forecasting.</li><li>Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and effectively communicate with senior leadership.</li><li>Influential Communication: Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence various organizational functions at all levels.</li><li>Product Expertise: Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and market positioning. Ability to assess product-market fit, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and identify opportunities for product improvement based on market trends and customer feedback.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with R&amp;D, sales, and operations to align strategic goals and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.</li></ul>CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidates skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
