The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud tools and a passion for crafting visually compelling content across digital platforms. This role demands expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and animation, along with a keen eye for design aesthetics and storytelling.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and produce high-quality visual content using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.</li><li>Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, product videos, and social media.</li><li>Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, and marketing to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.</li><li>Edit and enhance video content with a focus on storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience (10+ years) as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and animation work.</li><li>Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with 3D animation tools or video production workflows.</li><li>Knowledge of sound design and audio editing is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of AR/VR and 360 images tool is a plus.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Min. 10 years of experience required for this position.</li></ul>Time Type: Full time.What We Can Offer You:<ul><li>Varied, interesting and meaningful work.</li><li>A hybrid working environment with flexibility and great opportunities.</li><li>Opportunities for training and, as the team grows, career progression or sideways moves.</li><li>An opportunity to work within a large global multi-disciplinary consultancy on a mission to change the ways we approach business as usual.</li></ul>Why work for AtkinsRéalis?We at AtkinsRéalis are committed to developing its people both personally and professionally.
