If you believe that anything worth doing is worth doing properly, then youll fit in here.Your purpose:<ul><li>Help establish the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the project on the monthly collation of progress data related to time, cost, risk, and quality for monthly business reporting.</li><li>Support the Project Manager/Director by providing specialist advice and technical knowledge to respond to delays, issues, and other challenges throughout the project.</li><li>Administer Project Control activities, conduct audits, assurance checks of contractors monthly data submissions and ensure the submissions are fully assessed and are paid in line with the project KPI’s.</li><li>Support the administration of trend/forecast reporting and the Baseline Change Management of the agreed project budget, ensuring that all changes are correctly attributed and charged accordingly.</li><li>Coordinate the preparation and submission of monthly performance reports to the project lead, in line with business reporting requirements and timescales, to enable prompt decision making, approvals and financial forecasting.</li><li>Provide guidance and corrective actions to teams to ensure the quality of task submissions and reporting of costs.</li><li>Attend monthly reviews and other meetings as required.</li></ul>What you can bring:<ul><li>Understanding of Project Control principles for major programmes.</li><li>Experience in facilitating and administering multidiscipline meetings with large groups of stakeholders.</li><li>Technical Competencies - Primavera P6 proficient.</li><li>Understanding of the importance of timely reporting and the energy to deliver against demanding deadlines.</li><li>The ability to build strong relationships and support colleagues Enthusiasm, ideas, and drive to grow, learn and develop within our organisation.</li><li>Experience within a project environment supporting the Project Manager/Director.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Experience of interacting with internal and external clients.</li><li>Initiative – ability to work with minimum supervision and make suggestions on best practice and improving current processes and procedures.</li><li>Teamwork – willingly cooperate with the others towards the same goals and objectives.</li></ul>Why work for AtkinsRéalis ?Our Transportation teams are reinventing transport for a challenging yet exciting future.
