And if youre returning from a career break, ask us how we can help you transition back into work with us.This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Project Controls team, working as a Document Controller to support delivery of a portfolio of projects spanning transmission and distribution, energy storage (hydrogen storage caverns), industrial decarbonisation and green hydrogen. You will be part of an experienced team that have a significant impact on the successful delivery of these multi-million-pound contracts, using state of the art Project Controls tools and techniques that provide concise information to the projects they support in the UK and overseas.Your purpose:<ul><li>Responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieving of electronically stored documentation produced by project teams.</li><li>Ensure identification of documents and compliance with standard templates and formats.</li><li>Perform quality and compliance checks on all documentation before issuing.</li><li>Register and maintain documents in the Electronic Document Management Systems.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining document registers and trackers.</li><li>Liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and external parties.</li><li>Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.</li><li>Ability to work accurately and efficiently.</li></ul>What you can bring:<ul><li>You will be energised, proactive and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills working in a team environment.</li><li>You will be meticulous in your work, and willing to challenge document formatting and content that does not meet necessary standards for document control.</li><li>Relevant experience in a similar role in Document control and good knowledge in document control and management processes.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).</li><li>Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of the team.</li><li>Good organisational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prioritise work and meet target deadlines.</li><li>Good working knowledge of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) such as ProjectWise, Autodesk BIM 360, AssetWise, Asite, Business Collaborator and others.​</li></ul>Why work for AtkinsRéalis?Were ranked as one of LinkedIns Top 25 Companies, where UK professionals want to work and stay once, they join.
