Job Description:This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customers site.  No relocation is offered.AT&amp;T Global Public Sector is a trusted provider of secure, IP enabled, cloud-based, network solutions and professional services to the Federal Government.   We are dedicated to recruiting, developing and empowering a diverse, high-performing workforce that is passionate about what they do, committed to our shared values and dedicated to our customers’ mission.Our Team provides Federal Government O&amp;M support of contracted operations.AT&amp;T has an opening for a Sr. Specialist, Systems Administration to support the Federal Government in providing O&amp;M / PM support of contracted operations.Job Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of video conferencing management &amp; troubleshooting.  Able to work with SIP, H323, firewall traversal, call routing, Pexip Infinity, Poly Clariti, and integrate with cloud conferencing platforms like Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx.</li><li>Understand and can troubleshoot IP network connections involving entities like firewall, DNS, IP ports, network routing, QOS, VPN, Zscaler, latency, jitter, packet loss.</li><li>Able to architect projects and provide technical recommendations about emerging needs.</li><li>Familiar with configuring and troubleshooting hardware VTC devices, software VTC clients, and Microsoft Teams Room devices, e.g. Crestron Flex.</li><li>Some experience with laptop troubleshooting to support a local team.</li><li>Able to provide support to remote enterprise VTC customers and external VTC partners.</li><li>Able to manage servers, e.g. manage backups, perform basic Windows/Linux OS troubleshooting, patch/upgrade OS and applications.</li><li>Familiarity with any relational database, and scripting/programming language or ETL tools, strong in Excel macros, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic.</li><li>Ability to design data structures, audit data integrity, support technology behind data import/export.</li><li>Overtime, shift work and weekend tours will be required. Occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned.</li><li>Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret Security clearance.
