Builds/maintains network of colleagues/customers to share information and obtain prospects.</li><li>May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (i.e. billing, installation, customer issues).</li><li>Establishes/maintains productive long-term client relationships.</li><li>Leads in presenting products, services and migrations that can benefit customer needs.</li><li>Demonstrates/maintains complete extensive knowledge of the organizations entire product/service line.</li><li>Partners with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities to deliver valuable solutions.</li><li>Develops responses to Request for Proposals. Identifies key trends and customer needs, leverages industry knowledge/applications, utilizes consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture.</li><li>Owns account relationship; responsible for meeting revenue objectives. Demonstrates sustained record sales achievement.</li><li>Effectively influences customers to diffuse potential problems.</li><li>Aids in devising direct sales plans/strategies.</li><li>Develops strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of most complex accounts/projects.</li><li>Supports the sales team through coaching/mentoring - assists less experienced peers.</li><li>Act as team lead when presenting products/services to customers.</li><li>Works on critical/large/most complex/high visibility/strategic/tactically vital accounts and issues with sizable latitude.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.</li><li>Strong understanding technology, applications, and solutions.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques.</li><li>Knowledge of onboarding processes is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>This requires travel to customer sites and sales events.</li><li>Flexibility to work in various settings, including office, remote, and field environments.</li><li>Hours may vary based on customer needs and public safety responsibilities to assist during emergencies</li></ul><div></div>Desired Education and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a sales or sales support role.  Strongly Prefer experience in Public Sector and First Net</li><li>Sales and customer engagement</li><li>Public speaking and presentation</li><li>Prospecting and lead generation</li><li>Cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Process and compliance management</li></ul><div></div><div></div><div>Our Sales Executives earn a base salary between $110,600 - $177,800+ commission with a total target compensation of $185,600 - $252,800.
