We’re a remote team looking to build one of the next great AI companies, and are looking for driven, talented people to help us get there!</p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Sr. Field and Campaign Marketing Manager</strong> to lead field marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns that engage and convert key audiences. This person will be critical in executing our upmarket strategy and driving meaningful connections with developers, product leaders, and decision-makers across our target markets.</p> <p>This person should have a strong background in campaign management and field marketing—and be deeply interested in the intersection of AI, APIs, and developer tooling. This is a cross-functional role that requires close collaboration with product, customer, and marketing teams.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3> <p><strong>Field Marketing &amp; Events</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute strategic dinners and events for customers and high-value prospects in major markets (e.g., SF, NYC, London)</li> <li>Assist our community team with hackathons, livestreams, and any additional programming meant to engage our developer audiences</li> <li>Run upmarket field programs including executive briefings, customer meetups, and partner events</li> <li>Build scalable “event in a box” kits to enable GTM teams to host events independently</li> <li>Support our presence at industry conferences via sponsorships, hosted events, and guerilla tactics like pop-up happy hours</li> </ul> <p><strong>Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own full-funnel campaign strategy and execution for use cases such as voice agents and conversation intelligence</li> <li>Support growth and PMM with differentiated campaigns that highlight AssemblyAI’s competitive value proposition and incentivize switching<strong><br /></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance &amp; Analytics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Analytics team on reporting/dashboards needed to measure the success of events and campaigns</li> <li>Report ROI and key metrics to leadership</li> <li>Build thoughtful programming tied to quarterly goals</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on campaign/field marketing</li> <li>Experience marketing to technical audiences, preferably in AI, APIs, or developer tools</li> <li>Demonstrated success running integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline</li> <li>Strong event and field marketing chops—including planning, logistics, and onsite execution</li> <li>Experience with enterprise and upmarket motion, including ABM and executive engagement</li> <li>Analytical mindset with experience using data to iterate and improve campaign performance</li> <li>Excellent cross-functional project management and communication skills<br /><br /></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in AI/ML, conversation intelligence, or voice tech</li> <li>Background working with or marketing to developers and product teams</li> <li>Familiarity with developer tooling ecosystems and modern GTM strategies</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Pay Transparency:</strong></h3> <p>AssemblyAI strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team.
