In the IT Solution Delivery for R&amp;D department we provide IT services to ASML’s Development and Engineering departments. Together with the rest of the IT department, we have transformed into an agile organization, delivering our services through business facing Agile Release Teams (ART’s).As an IT R&amp;D US Team Lead you will manage the employees working in the ART’s, collaborate intensively with the business and strive for continuously improving the performance of the IT R&amp;D US Solution Delivery team. Delivery, Speed and Quality are key, which make your focus on the right craftmanship of your team.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>As a Team Lead you are responsible for the subset of IT R&amp;D managed services which are delivered to the Development and Engineering business sector in Wilton.</li><li>Drives the IT-business relationship management &amp; understands business priorities and expectations.</li><li>Ensure end-to-end service and delivery management from different IT domains</li><li>Provide an escalation and arbitration level for end-user issues for the IT services in scope.</li><li>Manage supplier relationships, contracting external employees, in consultation with internal parties.</li><li>Align and partner with the Agile Release Trains (ART’s) that operate in the Development and Engineering business sector.</li><li>Ensure proper deployment of ASML policies towards the IT standards to provide consistent and compliant use of IT tools.</li><li>Managing dependencies and expectations from multiple team and integrating to provide a single business-facing IT service.</li><li>As a Team Lead you will also be responsible for project management together with the business stakeholders, external service management and areas of general interest to your team.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Education and experience<ul><li>Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data &amp; Information Security, Computer Engineering and/or equivalent experience.</li><li>At least 10 years’ experience working with D&amp;E, IT and Data Security.</li><li>At least 2 years’ experience in a scaled agile environment.</li><li>Preferably a technical background or a strong interest in technology.</li><li>Experience in Data and Information Security.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL Service Management processes.</li><li>Experience in taking and driving end-to-end ownership.</li><li>Understanding of the different domains within Development &amp; Engineering, (software development, hardware, mechanical) is a plus.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>You are an excellent people manager and keen on developing and coaching individuals to become valuable members of high-performing teams.</li><li>Experienced in stakeholder management and a customer focused individual.</li><li>Strong customer focus and customer facing skills.</li><li>​You will closely collaborate with the Leading Coalition of the Agile Release Trains (ART) consisting of a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Chief Product Owner (CPO) and the System Architect (SA) and support them in becoming successful.
