It’s a wonderful opportunity for the successful candidate.</em></div> <h2> Key Responsibilities </h2> <div><strong>Billing and all billing related items:</strong></div><ul><li>Assist with issuing all invoices and ensure they are sent to client via our accounts team.</li><li>Coordinating with other departments internally to ensure all information captured on invoices.</li><li>Obtaining matter codes when needed.</li><li>Investigate invoice queries as they become due.</li><li>Liaising and dealing with internal queries on invoicing.</li><li>Assist with Euronext Dublin and Central Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.</li><li>Assist with internal reconciliations between our accounts team and listing team.</li><li>Ensuring timely billing on all transactions and assisting all team member in this regard.</li><li>Assist with getting downloads done by ensuring correct information is catered for in the systems.</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>KYC for internal purposes:</strong></div><ul><li>Assisting in the KYC process internally for new client set up – full training provided.</li></ul><div><br /><strong>Other:</strong></div><ul><li>Maintaining spreadsheets to ensure services are provided in a co-ordinated, streamlined and efficient manner.</li><li>Participating in projects to improve efficiency of services already provided.</li><li>Supporting the team with varied ad hoc queries and tasks.</li><li>Assisting with some travel arrangements and diary appointments.</li><li>Organising meetings and assisting with meeting agendas.</li><li>Work closely will all team colleagues to achieve the above.</li><li>Enhancing an already vibrant working environment.</li></ul> <h2> Benefits </h2> <div>We reward, encourage and support our talented people to reach their full potential offering excellent progression opportunities along with a market leading remuneration package and benefits including:</div><ul><li>Competitive salary and bonus structure</li><li>25 days annual leave</li><li>Leading hybrid working policy</li><li>Immediate pension scheme</li><li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits including full gym and wellness programme</li><li>TaxSaver and Bike to Work scheme</li><li>Wide-ranging opportunities for involvement in internal committees</li></ul>
