As a Sales Manager at Array, you will lead and inspire a team of Account Executives (AEs) and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve and surpass direct sales goals. This role is not a c-suite or senior leadership role, but a mid senior-level management position focused leadership position for a specific vertical.  You will: <ul> <li>Manage and develop a team of up to 10 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li> <li>Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success.</li> <li>Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency.</li> <li>Lead hiring efforts for team expansion in 2025, ensuring alignment with company goals.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth.</li> <li>Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and achieve results.</li> </ul> You have: <ul> <li>Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, including both AEs and BDRs.</li> <li>A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.</li> <li>Strong hiring and talent development skills to build high-performing teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration.</li> <li>Expertise in sales strategies, pipeline management, and performance analytics.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.</li> <li>A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.</li> </ul> Pay transparency: $150,000 for base salary, depending on experience.
