The Senior Software Engineer at Array will bring foundational knowledge in software engineering and lead our engineering teams to solve the biggest problems and challenges that we’re facing. This position will report to an Engineering Manager and work in a squad that owns one of our product sets.  You Will: <ul> <li>Join an engineering organization filled with sharp engineers with a track record of building products used by millions.</li> <li>Work with a squad of engineers to build secure, high-scale cloud applications using Go, Node.js, and other modern languages.</li> <li>Use modern tooling including the latest AI to think, build, and ship faster with less toil.</li> <li>Help ensure the reliability and availability of the systems you build, including participating in an on-call rotation with your squad.</li> <li>Conceptualize and deliver software solutions with support and guidance from our Principal Engineers and Engineering Managers.</li> <li>Be an emerging expert in RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and databases.</li> <li>Spend the majority of your time building solutions rather than talking about them.</li> </ul> You Have: <ul> <li>6+ years of professional software development experience in Go, C#, or Java in a fast-paced environment (like a startup).</li> <li>4+ years experience building and scaling a revenue generating product.</li> <li>2+ years experience running production applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a broad understanding of building for cloud scale and securing internet-facing applications with high value data.</li> <li>A forward-looking approach to using Generative AI (like Cursor, Claude Code, and custom LLM agents) to accelerate delivery, reduce toil, and prototype solutions.</li> <li>Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Experience with relational and document databases like Postgres, SQL Server, and MongoDB.</li> </ul> Pay transparency: $140,000+ based on career experience and level Expected interviews: Recruiter conversation - Paid Technical Interview - Loop: Engineering Leadership Interview, How We Work Interview.
