As a Manager of Sales Development (officially: Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager), youll play a pivotal role in building our outbound engine, guiding and coaching a team of BDRs focused across various sales verticals. You’ll lead from the front—mentoring, motivating, and holding your team accountable to deliver a pipeline through thoughtful, data-driven prospecting strategies.
