As part of Array’s continued growth, we’re building our our Account Management team. AMs at Array are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to achieve new product sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing client renewals to ensure long term partnership.  AMs will work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Sales AEs, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and leadership to hit growth targets by driving wider adoption of Array’s products.    You will: <ul> <li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize revenue generation and hit sales targets  </li> <li>Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and deep understanding of the clients goals </li> <li>Develop a very strong understanding of Array’s value propositions and become fluent with key product use cases and applications  </li> <li>Establish detailed CRM level understanding of clients in your portfolio e.g. client roadmap &amp; planning cycles, client org chart, key roles &amp; responsibilities etc  </li> <li>Become a trusted escalation point for clients to help manage key situations, overcome critical challenges and ensure success of collaborative client projects  </li> <li>Manage renewal cycles / contract negotiation by successfully balancing the needs of both the client and Array</li> <li>Understand client needs and pain points, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements. </li> <li>Generate sales reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions. </li> <li>Work closely with internal teams like Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and successful outcomes.</li> </ul> You have: <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Account Management </li> <li>A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/growth targets </li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills</li> <li>Proven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations</li> <li>Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challenges</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM systems to manage client data and track sales activity</li> <li>Knowledge of the financial and consumer cybersecurity industries and a passion for understanding the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, consumer cybersecurity and Credit Services Organizations is a plus!</li> </ul> Pay Transparency: $150,000 + for base salary, depending on experience, this role will also have a commission structure.
