Armis is a privately held company headquartered in California.</div>The Opportunity  Armis is seeking a Lead OT Solutions Engineer, Enterprise, to lead and drive our OT cybersecurity initiatives across the Enterprise market. This strategic and customer-facing leadership role requires deep expertise in OT/ICS security, the Enterprise market, and cloud-based SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with key Enterprise customers, collaborating to articulate Armis’ OT security vision, leading technical teams, and driving market growth through strategic initiatives, technical excellence, and thought leadership. What Youll Do <ul> <li>Serve as the primary authority on Armis’ OT solutions for the Enterprise segment</li> <li>Develop and execute strategic initiatives for expanding Armis’ presence in the Enterprise  OT/ICS/IoT market</li> <li>Lead and mentor Enterprise and Commercial Sales Engineers (SEs), guiding OT security solutions and best practices</li> <li>Drive and manage proof-of-value (POV) installations for Enterprise OT prospects </li> <li>Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions on OT security </li> <li>Represent Armis as an OT Cybersecurity SME, speaking at industry conferences and Enterprise engagements </li> <li>Work closely with OT Leadership and Product Management to translate Enterprise customer requirements into product enhancements</li> <li>Develop customer-facing collateral, whitepapers, and technical documentation for the Enterprise market</li> <li>Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure successful Enterprise deployments</li> <li>Stay ahead of evolving OT security mandates, Zero Trust initiatives, and compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, NERC-CIP, NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, TSA Directives, EPA guidelines, etc.).</li> <li>Travel up to 40% to meet with Enterprise customers, conduct briefings, and attend industry events</li> </ul> What We Expect Education &amp; Clearance: <ul> <li>BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience </li> </ul> Experience: <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in OT-related cybersecurity, solutions engineering, or architecture roles</li> <li>5+ years of Enterprise pre-sales experience in the cybersecurity industry</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering complex OT cybersecurity solutions to Enterprise customers</li> <li>Experience in deploying SaaS-based solutions within Enterprise networks </li> </ul> Technical Expertise: <ul> <li>Deep understanding of OT, ICS, IoT, and BMS security architectures and risk management</li> <li>Expertise in control networks, segmentation, routing, and switching, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless technologies. </li> <li>Hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.</li> <li>Strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, Zero Trust, NIST 800-82, </li> <li>NERC CIP, TSA Directives, etc.)</li> <li>Experience in Linux, virtualization, and cloud environments</li> </ul> The salary range guidance for this position is: $133,000 - $200,000 The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits (e.g. i.e. bonuses, commissions, stocks, health insurance benefits, etc.) offered to candidates.
