In this role, you will own the development of training content across data and analytics topics including SQL, Snowflake, data modeling, and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau. You will deliver engaging learning experiences through workshops, virtual training, hands-on labs, and e-learning modules that build technical confidence and platform adoption. This role partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure training aligns with real-world customer use cases and evolving platform capabilities. The ideal candidate loves teaching complex technical concepts in simple, practical ways and is passionate about empowering others through learning.</div> <h2> Key Responsibilities </h2> <div><strong>Training Program Development &amp; Delivery</strong></div><ul><li>Implement and iterate existing technical training programs (Arkalytics, SQL, Snowflake, BI/Visualization (PowerBI or Tableau), Data Governance, Data Analysis) for customers and internal team onboarding.</li><li>Create engaging materials (presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, technical knowledge articles, quick-reference guides, and assessments).</li><li>Deliver instructor-led training through virtual classrooms, webinars and occasional in-person sessions.</li><li>Provide hands-on instruction in analytics workflows - data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and dashboard/report creation.</li><li>Write and record technical documentation for the customer-facing Knowledge Base.</li><li>Contribute to E-Courses on Arkatechture’s LMS (TalentLMS).</li></ul><div><strong>Enablement &amp; Learner Support</strong></div><ul><li>Foster interactive, learner-centered environments grounded in adult learning principles.</li><li>Provide coaching and support during and after training to ensure knowledge retention.</li><li>Develop enablement strategies that help learners apply new skills to real business problems.</li></ul><div><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong></div><ul><li>Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to align training with product changes and client needs.</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep training content accurate and relevant.</li><li>Support train-the-trainer initiatives to scale delivery across the organization.</li></ul><div><strong>Evaluation &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></div><ul><li>Collect learner feedback and track training effectiveness using defined metrics.</li><li>Continuously refine content and delivery methods to improve learning outcomes.</li><li>Stay current with analytics and BI trends; recommend new topics and approaches.</li></ul> <h2>  </h2>
