In this client-facing role, you will lead Arkalytics implementations from kickoff through go-live, partnering closely with analysts, engineers, system administrators, and cross-functional stakeholders. If that excites you, apply and let’s start the conversation.</div> <h2> Key Responsibilities </h2> <div><br /></div><ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery of Arkalytics implementations, including project setup, data discovery, productionalization, mapping, testing, and go-live.</li><li>Partner directly with clients to guide them through implementation best practices, set clear expectations, and manage risks.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams (analysts, engineers, system admins) to define requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers.</li><li>Facilitate client-facing meetings: project kickoffs, status updates, UAT sessions, training and issue resolution.</li><li>Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and reporting in Smartsheet and Jira, ensuring accuracy of scope, effort, and completion tracking.</li><li>Drive adoption of consistent implementation processes, templates, and tools to improve quality and efficiency.</li><li>Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment across the customer journey.</li><li>Identify risks and escalate issues proactively, driving resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.</li><li>Validate and, when needed, challenge technical estimates to ensure project plans remain realistic, achievable, and aligned with client expectations.</li></ul> <h2>  </h2>
