We’re looking for a proactive, high-energy Technical Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive product growth and adoption by improving the onboarding experience, optimizing user journeys, and creating data-driven nurture strategies. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing Growth, and Developer Relations teams to refine how users learn and experience Arize—ensuring they get value faster and stay engaged. From creative brand storytellers and demand gen experts to field marketers who bring our message to community-leading events, we know how to engage AI engineers and technical decision-makers. You’ll collaborate closely with some of the most technical DevRel counterparts in the space—from former solutions architectures to AI engineers who live and breathe AI evaluation and observability. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Positioning &amp; Messaging – Develop and refine clear, differentiated positioning for Arize’s AI observability and evaluation products that resonate with AI engineers and technical decision-makers.</li> <li>User Journey Optimization – Map out and improve the full user journey, from sign-up to adoption, ensuring seamless transitions and strong retention.</li> <li>Lifecycle Marketing &amp; Nurtures – Develop targeted email sequences, in-product messaging, and other nurture campaigns to guide users to key product milestones</li> <li>Sales Enablement – Create sales decks, one-pagers, demo flows, and training materials that help our GTM teams articulate Arize’s value to enterprises and open-source users.</li> <li>Demo &amp; Use Case Development – Work closely with Sales Engineers to craft compelling demo flows that showcase Arize’s capabilities for troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs and AI agents.</li> <li>Data-Driven Insight – Leverage analytics to measure activation, engagement, and retention—continuously iterating on strategies to improve user outcomes.</li> <li>Content &amp; Thought Leadership – Drive content creation, from technical blogs to case studies and conference presentations, to establish Arize as the leader in AI observability.</li> <li>Customer Insights &amp; Market Research – Gather intelligence on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and messaging.</li> <li>Go-to-Market Execution – Support feature launches with clear messaging, user and enterprise-facing content, and growth-focused experiments.</li> <li>Collaboration Across Teams – Work closely with PMs, designers, growth marketers, and DevRel to align on adoption strategies and execute initiatives.</li> </ul> Who You Are <ul> <li>Technical PMM Expertise – You have 4+ years of experience in product marketing and/or developer relations, ideally with AI, developer tools, or technical SaaS products.</li> <li>AI Fluency – You understand the AI/ML space—bonus points if you have experience in observability, evaluation, agent-based systems.</li> <li>Storyteller for Technical Audiences – You know how to craft compelling messaging that resonates with engineers and enterprise buyers alike. </li> <li>Clear Communicator – You know how to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, user-friendly messaging.</li> <li>Sales &amp; Product Savvy – You’re comfortable working closely with sales teams, sales engineers, understanding customer objections, and refining messaging to address them.</li> </ul> The estimated annual salary for this role is between $145,000 to $165,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support. While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person.
