As a Marketing Operations and Analytics Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing, working closely with experienced marketers, sales teams, and product experts. Majors in Computer Science, Data Science, or other technical fields are a strong advantage.</li> <li>Passionate About AI &amp; Technology – Genuine interest in AI and developer-focused products.</li> <li>Clear Communicator – Able to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Detail-Oriented &amp; Organized – Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Team Player with a Growth Mindset – Excited to learn quickly, take initiative, and collaborate with a high-impact marketing team.</li> <li>Experience with Marketing &amp; Analytics Tools (a plus) – Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SQL, or marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) is a plus.</li> </ul> This role is perfect for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their marketing career in a high-growth AI company. Actual compensation is determined based upon a variety of job related factors that may include: transferable work experience, skill sets, and qualifications. Total compensation also includes a comprehensive benefit package, including: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid time off, generous parental leave plan, and others for mental and wellness support. While we are a remote-first company, we have opened offices in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area, as an option for those in those cities who wish to work in-person.
