The role ensures engineers with the right skillsare assigned effectively to meet the project timelines and utilization goals whilemaintaining delivery quality. It requires strong organizational and communication skills,along with a solid understanding of networking technologies and the professionalservices delivery lifecycle.<h3>Qualifications</h3>Proven experience as a Resource Manager or Operations Manager, preferablywithin the Information Technology or Services industry.Expertise in developing and executing Staffing Strategy, Workforce Management,Utilization Optimization, Forecasting, and Analytics.Strong history of Problem Solving, Performance Management, and ProcessImprovement.Familiarity with IT Service Management and Delivery.Experience working with teams, mentoring, and business relationshipmanagement is a plus. Technical ProficiencyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software such asSmartsheet, Resource Management, or Kantata is a plus.
