You will have a chance to work</li><li>with cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership. We are looking for a candidate who</li><li>is interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.</li></ul><p><strong>What Youll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Work with Sales &amp;amp; Marketing to identify critical deals to better support their fulfillment</li><li>Ensure planning and operational readiness for new products from said deals</li><li>Translate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partners</li><li>Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to get consensus on operational directions</li><li>Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a related industry</li><li>Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a relevant area</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</li><li>Built to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong computer proficiency</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
