Role description: The Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst is responsible for Project Maintenance, Project Invoicing, Project Reporting and Analysis. Gives assistance to Project Managers and Stakeholders as required. Role accountabilities: <ul> <li>Setting up Projects in line with Project Managers requirements;</li> <li>Reforecasting projects in line with Project Managers requirements;</li> <li>Ensuring billing is completed as per Project Managers instructions;</li> <li>Includes Fixed Price invoicing and Time &amp; Materials Invoicing;</li> <li>Monitor and manage invoices for assigned workload on the Invoice Status report;</li> <li>Attach final invoice packages on the accounts receivable line in Oracle;</li> <li>Verify receipt of contracts in Contacts Storage System (CLS) and record if the status should be classified as interim or final;</li> <li>Interface with Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable departments;</li> <li>Monitor validation reports for project set up issues and make necessary adjustments weekly;</li> <li>Carrying out inter-project time and expense transfers;</li> <li>Setting up variations;</li> <li>Checking and ensure the correct revenue recognition (POC%, cost, revenues, WIP, backlog);</li> <li>Interpret and clarify project results, deviations, underlying causes and corrective actions to be taken;</li> <li>Monitor work in progress &amp; unbilled receivables;</li> <li>Maintaining forecast and actual project billing dates;</li> </ul> Qualifications &amp; experiences: <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or equivalent</li> <li>1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.</li> <li>Exposure in Shared Service or Multinational environment is an advantage;</li> <li>Experience with ERP Systems is preferred; (Oracle, SAP &amp; Microsoft Dynamics)</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) is required;</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language;</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus;</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;</li> <li>Results oriented;</li> <li>Proactive and a committed team player;</li> <li>Can work under pressure and minimal supervision;</li> <li>Can work on flexible hours to meet changing work environment and to meet tight deadlines.</li> <li>Experience working with and managing contracts preferred</li> <li>Proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies</li> <li>Has experience related to billing</li> </ul> Why Arcadis?
