We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Assistant to support both People Operations and Finance teams, with a primary focus on the Latin America region and some global responsibilities. This is a unique cross-functional role that touches everything from onboarding and internal communications to invoice tracking and vendor management.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on organization, has a service-oriented mindset, and is excited about the opportunity to grow their experience across two core areas of business operations. Key Responsibilities

People Operations Support (LatAm focus)
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including laptop arrangements, accounts setup, and welcome pack management.
  • Support throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Track and maintain hardware inventory across teams.
  • Manage coworking space attendance and reserve meeting rooms in Argentina and Uruguay.
  • Support relocated team members: document preparation, appointment coordination, immigration office visits, etc.
  • Assist with HR documentation.
Internal Communications & Culture
  • Maintain and update the LatAm Confluence page with internal news and key resources.
  • Coordinate online and onsite local activities (including logistics for remote team members). 
  • Research and support budgeting for regional gatherings or special events.
  • Coordinate language classes for LatAm team members.
  • Send timely reminders for all-hands meetings, holidays, and team events via Slack and WhatsApp.
  • Post birthday shoutouts and milestone celebrations in Slack.
  • Participate in global Employee Experience activities. 
Finance & Vendor Coordination
  • Enter and upload contractor and vendor invoices into QuickBooks and Bill.com.
  • Assist with the new vendor profile setup.
  • Track vendor payments, assist with reimbursements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support monthly regional expense tracking and light reconciliation tasks.
  • Communicate with external vendors in the LatAm region to ensure timely invoicing and closing documentation.
