This role isn’t just about designing in Figma, it’s about contributing to the design culture and direction of a high-velocity team inside a deeply technical organization.</p> <p>You’ll be joining a small but ambitious design team building products from the ground up across our flagship wallets, DeFi products, and broader onchain consumer experiences. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in the ambiguous 0→1 phase, but also knows how to scale systems, structure, and design quality as products (and companies) mature.</p> <p>We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated Product Designer to join our consumer team, with a primary focus on DeFi products—including our flagship wallet experiences and broader consumer‑facing applications. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training.
