You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests and be able to grow professionally. </p><p><strong>You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.</li><li>Strong expertise in <strong>UI automation</strong> (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, POM) and <strong>API automation</strong> (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate DSL).</li><li>Hands-on experience in <strong>mobile automation</strong> with Appium and other frameworks (Espresso, XCUITest, Detox).</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>DevOps/QAOps practices</strong> and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS).</li><li>Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases for test data management.</li><li>Exposure to cloud device farms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.) and low-code tools (Katalon, TOSCA).</li><li>ISTQB® CTFL and Appium Certified Developer.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills in English for direct client interaction.</li><li>English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.</li></ul><p><strong>You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios.</li><li>Identify opportunities for test automation in web, API, and mobile applications.</li><li>Log and triage defects, retest fixes, and deliver clear reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to define and execute test automation strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders on test planning and execution.</li><li>Monitor test progress, ensure exit criteria are met, and maintain QA metrics.</li><li>Support the selection and integration of automation tools into CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Knowledge of automation and agile methodologies (SCRUM), ISTQB certification (CFTL is a plus).</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><div></div><p>Here at Applaudo Studios values as <strong>trust, communication, respect, excellence and team work</strong> are our keys to success.
