Can lead fast iterations.</li> <li>Speak and act courageously: Not afraid to fail, challenge the status quo, or speak up for a contrarian view.</li> <li>Focus and move with urgency: Prioritize for impact and move quickly to deliver experiments and features that create customer value.</li> <li>Intelligence: Learns quickly, demonstrates the ability to understand and absorb new codebases, frameworks, and technologies efficiently.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience as a data platform engineer or a software engineer in data or big data engineer.</li> <li>Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, APIs, and building data pipelines.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of databases and data warehousing with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</li> <li>Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Physical/Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics).</li> <li>Proven experience leveraging AI tools to enhance software development processes, including code generation, debugging, and productivity optimization. </li> <li>Candidates should demonstrate fluency in integrating AI-driven solutions into their workflows and a willingness to stay current with emerging AI technologies</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience using the Python data stack.</li> <li>Experience deploying and managing data pipelines in the cloud.</li> <li>Experience working with technologies like Airflow, Hadoop, FastAPI and Spark.</li> <li>Understanding of streaming technologies like Kafka and Spark Streaming.</li> </ul><div><div><div><p>The listed Pay Range reflects base salary range, except for sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commission/sales bonus targets and annual base salary for the role.
