In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing the Digital Customer Success program, and supporting our Onboarding / Customer Success teams by designing, implementing, and managing best-in-class operational processes. Your focus will be on driving effectiveness, productivity, and scalable growth strategies across the post-sales organization.</p> <p>As a key partner to revenue-driving teams, you will take ownership of critical systems and workflows, champion process excellence, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s go-to-market execution. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven operations professional with experience in fast-paced, product-led, high-growth environments.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a Digital Customer Success program to engage with every customer at scale</li> <li>Implement an actionable customer health score to reduce churn and improve NDR</li> <li>Standardize customer metrics, create and manage corporate reporting assets</li> <li>Optimize systems integrity, data quality, and operational processes with Revenue Operations cross-functional teams</li> <li>Partner with GTM cross-functional partners to exceed corporate KPIs and OKRs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience required to apply for this role</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years working in a Customer Operations or related Revenue Operations role</li> <li>3+ years experience working with executive level stakeholders</li> <li>Proficient technical skills: Salesforce, Looker, SQL, Excel</li> <li>Strong track record of building teams from the ground up; experienced with Digital / Customer Success, Account Management leaders</li> <li>Product-led company experience</li> <li>Early-stage, high-growth company experience</li> </ul><div><div><div><p>The listed Pay Range reflects base salary range, except for sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commission/sales bonus targets and annual base salary for the role.
