We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, and all related ANYbotics mechanical hardware.</span></div><h3>Your Contributions</h3><ul><li>Lead and grow the Electrical Engineering team, mentoring engineers and driving high performance</li><li>Oversee the design of complex, explosion-proof, safety critical electronic systems for our robotic products</li><li>Oversee the design of PCB testers to ensure high quality and yield in production. </li><li>Define team development plans, allocate resources, and support individual career progression</li><li>Review and release technical documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, reports, and specifications, following electrical design standards</li><li>Ensure robust, reliable, and cost-effective designs through structured development and stage-gate processes</li><li>Develop and implement engineering processes and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration across the team and between departments</li><li>Drive product care, field inspections, and lifecycle improvements</li><li>Maintain clear, high-quality documentation, including assembly, service, and user manuals</li></ul><h3>Your Profile</h3><ul><li>University degree in Electrical Engineering</li><li>5+ years of industrial experience, with proven success leading electrical engineering teams</li><li>Hands-on experience in product development, validation, and testing</li><li>Experience on power electronics and high speed interfaces</li><li>Proficiency in electrical engineering tools (KiCAD, Altium, or similar) &amp; workflows incl.
