We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling-up sales of our commercial solution.</span></div><h3>Your Contributions</h3><ul><li>Proactively secure new business opportunities by predominantly acquiring new customers and expanding with select existing customers</li><li>Develop and implement strategic territory and tactical account plans to meet business goals</li><li>Identify new market trends, build suitable business books of high potential prospects, and effectively leverage different outreach channels to generate new pipeline</li><li>Discover customer needs by deeply understanding their applications and challenges and translate this into clear value propositions and commercial proposals</li><li>Effectively single-thread multiple stakeholders per account to proactively drive buying process</li><li>Negotiate commercial purchasing agreements with large commercial &amp; procurement teams of global corporations</li><li>Ensure high-quality pipeline data in the CRM system to correctly assess deal health and achieve a high forecasting accuracy</li><li>Showcase and promote our disruptive technology at trade conferences, webinars, events, and customer roadshows</li></ul><h3>Your Profile</h3><ul><li>Proven recent track record in direct sales of disruptive, high-tech industrial solutions and services (ideally with software-enabled hardware)</li><li>Experienced in dealing with large industrial corporates in different geographies/cultures and industries on different management levels</li><li>Experience in negotiating commercial contracts and creativity in customer interactions</li><li>Expertise in working with state of the art CRM and accurately forecasting pipeline</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li></ul><h3>Bonus point</h3><ul><li>University degree or an equivalent expertise in engineering, marketing, business or related field</li><li>Know-how and experience in inspection and maintenance of industrial plants </li><li>High proactiveness, persistence and drive to achieve performance goals</li><li>Deeply curious about customer needs, challenges, and applications</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills in German </li></ul><div><span>We offer you a very exciting and dynamic work environment, the opportunity to become part of a fast-growing company and an ambitious team that is on a mission to change the industrial inspection market, a chance to leverage your experience and bring in your own ideas to grow our presence and build trust with our customers in North America</span></div>
