You will serve as the first line of technical defense for consulting with partners, resolving their technical challenges, and helping  accelerate enterprise deployments in critical verticals like Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Healthcare. This role directly impacts our Enterprise business by ensuring partner success in building and deploying MCP integrations at scale.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Review and validate partner MCP server architectures for security, scalability, and enterprise compliance requirements</li> <li>Guide partners through OAuth and enterprise authentication implementations</li> <li>Provide technical consultation on deployment models (remote vs local), infrastructure patterns, and hosting architectures</li> <li>Debug partner integration issues and provide hands-on technical support</li> <li>Triage technical issues and escalate appropriately to relevant teams at Anthropic</li> <li>Help bolster self-serve resources and documentation based on partner feedback</li> <li>Collaborate with product teams to systematize partner feedback for MCP protocol evolution</li> <li>Participate in partner technical forums, developer communities, and industry events</li> <li>Technically contribute to joint solution development and reference architecture creation</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You may be a good fit if you have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in technical partner-facing or customer-facing engineering roles </li> <li>Strong programming skills with ability to debug across multiple languages and frameworks</li> <li>Deep understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect) and enterprise identity management</li> <li>Deep Experience with API integrations, SDKs, and developer tools</li> <li>Experience developing local and remote MCPs </li> <li>Experience with enterprise deployment patterns, containerization, and cloud infrastructure</li> <li>Passion for developer experience and partner success</li> </ul><div><div><div><p>The expected salary range for this position is:</p></div><div>Annual Salary:</div><div><span>$300,000</span><span>—</span><span>$320,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div><h2><strong>Logistics</strong></h2> <p><strong>Education requirements: </strong>We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.<strong><br /><br />Location-based hybrid policy:</strong> Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
