We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director of Total Rewards to ensure our rewards align with business objectives, support talent acquisition and retention, and remain competitive in the marketplace.Key Responsibilities Total Rewards Strategy and Planning<ul><li>Develop and align the SDx POLT and SDx LT on our global total rewards principles and strategy that delivers competitive rewards aligned with the relevant talent markets (i.e., veterinary, healthcare, medtech, pharma), the Mars principles, Mars Petcare total rewards strategy, relevant Mars total rewards frameworks, and SDx business objectives &amp; talent goals. </li><li>In partnership with SDx Global POLT and SDx LT, create and oversee a transitional Total Rewards Roadmap (both globally and regionally) that balances the investments needed to achieve our desired TR strategy “end-state” with the financial and budget priorities.</li><li>Partner closely with SDx finance to ensure the appropriate planning and budgeting for Total Rewards Roadmap investments, merit budgets, and significant changes impacting the financial performance of the business.</li><li>Serve on Mars Petcare Total Rewards leadership team, ensuring the SDx business and associate population and their unique needs are represented.</li><li>Support, contribute to, and implement Petcare and Mars Total Rewards strategies and initiatives that are relevant for SDx associates.</li><li>Partner closely with the Mars Veterinary Health division on shared Total Rewards operating model projects and initiatives (e.g., benefits plan design, carriers, and administration) to ensure critical SDx needs are met. This would include participation within applicable MVH Total Rewards leadership/operational team meetings to ensure alignment of principles, programs and ways of working as applicable and appropriate.</li><li>Analyze market trends and employee feedback to continuously enhance total rewards offerings, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Oversee the design, benchmarking, and administration of compensation globally across the organization. </li><li>Lead executive compensation for SDx with partnership from Petcare Total Rewards and Mars Executive Compensation team, including the benchmarking of positions, promotion / hiring rewards recommendations, and offer letter support.</li><li>Collaborate with other members of the P&amp;O leadership team to ensure competitive positioning and compliance with local regulations in various regions. </li><li>Lead and manage signature processes, such as merit and annual variable pay administration, in partnership with P&amp;O business partner teams.</li><li>Provides consultation and rewards expertise in the design and governance of sales compensation programs, in partnership with the regional Sales Operations and Analytics teams.</li></ul>Benefits <ul><li>In partnership with Petcare Total Rewards, MVH Total Rewards leadership, and Mars Inc. Global Benefits, oversees the health, wellness, retirement, time off, and other employee benefit programs for SDx in US, Canada, Europe, and APAC</li><li>Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and adherence to all Mars Global Benefits governance processes.</li><li>Partner with vendors and brokers to optimize offerings and cost-effectiveness.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead and mentor a high-performing team in the execution of total rewards initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and the five principles</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee the definition and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for total rewards effectiveness.</li></ul>SDx Global P&amp;O Leadership Team<ul><li>Contributes to the development of the People Strategy to deliver SDx business strategy. </li><li>Partner with the P&amp;O LT to foster a high performing leadership team and to deliver Rewards programs to increase the connectivity and engagement of teams and Associates. </li></ul>Context and ScopeThe Sr. Director leads a team with responsibility for global total rewards design and deployment, in partnership with their direct reports, sets the vision for the team and supports the department leaders in the development of their respective strategies, priorities and road maps.This role must be able to work both operationally (zoom in) and strategically (zoom out), quickly identify what’s needed, proactively define solutions that are fit for the diagnostics business and our culture.Job Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>15+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management, with a global perspective.  </li><li>Strong knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory requirements</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills to make data driven decisions.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders. </li><li>Proven leadership experience with the capability to drive change and foster an inclusive work environment. </li></ul>About AntechAntech is a leader in veterinary diagnostics, driven by our passion for innovation that delivers better animal health outcomes.
