Reporting to and partnering closely with the VP, Talent and Corporate People &amp; Organization (P&amp;O), you’ll lead the operational execution of our talent management processes and inclusion and diversity (I&amp;D) programs — ensuring both are not just well-run, but inspiring, data-driven, and future-focused.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, loves connecting ideas to action, and wants to make a measurable difference in how talent and inclusion come to life across the organization.Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:Talent Management<ul><li>Partner with the VP, Talent and Corporate P&amp;O to bring our talent strategy to life, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.</li><li>Drive preparation for Leadership Team Talent sessions — from pre-work and data consolidation to creating materials that bring insight, clarity, and action.</li><li>Manage succession planning processes and confidential data, ensuring accurate updates and insightful metrics for quarterly and annual reviews.</li><li>Support Talent Development Reviews (TDRs), talent pipeline efforts, and key initiatives such as mentoring programs, career storytelling, and development frameworks.</li><li>Act as a proxy for the VP, Talent &amp; Corporate P&amp;O when needed, ensuring continuity and leadership coverage.</li></ul>Inclusion &amp; Diversity<ul><li>Co-create the global I&amp;D strategy for SDx with the VP, ensuring it aligns with our broader Mars ecosystem and reflects SDx’s unique culture and priorities.</li><li>Represent SDx’s vision and voice within North America I&amp;D leadership forums and cross-segment collaborations.</li><li>Partner with the Data &amp; Analytics team to design and operationalize I&amp;D metrics, dashboards, and insights that drive accountability and progress.</li><li>Lead the operational deployment of I&amp;D initiatives — from programs and learning to events and communications.</li><li>Provide oversight for Associate Resource Group (ARG) frameworks and activation across SDx in partnership with the global I&amp;D COE.</li></ul>Additional Contributions<ul><li>Support broader People &amp; Organization (P&amp;O) transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and impact across the business.</li><li>Bring forward creative ideas and best practices to continuously enhance how we manage talent and inclusion globally.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>6+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational planning.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Inclusion &amp; Diversity program management (preferred).</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence across functions - PMO experience a strong plus.</li><li>A proactive mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for making work more meaningful and inclusive.</li></ul>About AntechAntech is a leader in veterinary diagnostics, driven by our passion for innovation that delivers better animal health outcomes.
