The Client Success Delivery, Sr. Specialist- Marketing Services is responsible for leading the daily delivery and execution for assigned client accounts. This role will manage all aspects of technical and creative projects for accounts, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, troubleshooting, quality, and cost. It will provide tactical marketing execution on client initiatives while providing problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps. The Sr Specialist will demonstrate a deep understanding of Ansira’s product and service offerings and share examples and case studies that will help support the client’s objectives.
The Client Success Delivery Team is responsible for the successful delivery of contracted projects and services for our customers. We serve as the primary client contact for all deliverables for the given account, including gathering requirements, order management, executing and coordinating execution with internal Ansira’s departments, providing timelines, status updates and managing hours for all client deliverables. Clients Success is also responsible for the education and training of clients and their end users on Ansira’s products and services.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of advertising, client management, or project management in a SAAS environment preferred
- Advertising knowledge or experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for on-going day to day client deliverables on assigned accounts though both execution and supervision of junior associates by assigning and overseeing workload as directed with Manager support.
- Provide tactical marketing execution on client initiatives
- Responsible for ongoing day-to-day client relationship management on assigned accounts
- Manage all aspects of technical and creative projects for assigned accounts, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, troubleshooting, quality, and cost
- Provide problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps with Manager support.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to set project expectations, priorities, and deadlines and effectively communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams
- Responsible for updating and maintaining client training and knowledge documentation
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Ansiras product and service offerings and share examples and case studies that will help support the client’s objectives
- Attend and participate in client calls, manage status reports and provide meeting minutes.
- Able to identify issues, report and oversee to resolution with Manager support
