We can’t wait to welcome you.</div>About The Team The Senior Manager, QA Automation, will drive the design, rollout, and evolution of scalable QA systems that reach beyond traditional support into complex, insight generating workflows across Sales, Care, and Account Management. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn strategic goals into structured, data-driven programs that drive measurable improvements in quality, operational performance, and the customer experience. This is a generalist role—ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and is skilled at building programs from the ground up. You’ll lead initiatives from strategy through implementation, defining new metrics, launching scalable processes, and shaping the future of QA at Angi. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Strategy &amp; Operations <ul> <li>Translate ambiguous, high-level priorities into structured workflows, documentation, and performance frameworks, leveraging technology to implement scalable QA systems and solutions </li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are adopted and continuously improve, aimed at driving iterative business growth </li> <li>Maintain a feedback loop with frontline teams and leadership to ensure automation strategies evolve with business needs and ongoing engagement is maintained</li> <li>Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities that drive measurable impact</li> <li>Own change management for QA rollouts, driving clarity and accountability across teams</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Conversational Intelligence, Automation &amp; Insights <ul> <li>Build and maintain reporting dashboards that connect QA performance to operational and customer outcomes</li> <li>Analyze QA data to identify trends, surface risks, and prioritize improvements, collaborating with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to enhance data context and applications </li> <li>Define and enforce QA data standards, ensuring consistent KPIs and metrics across teams</li> <li>Use AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, ChatGPT) and platforms like MaestroQA to scale insights and enable automations; design and iterate on classifiers and prompts to support strategic goals</li> <li>Mentor team members on prompt design, classifier logic, and automation use cases; advancing Angi’s proficiency in AI tooling and data platforms to support increasingly integrated QA solutions.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Who you are <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, product support, or enablement</li> <li>Experience leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives with both technical and business teams</li> <li>Expertise in project management and analytical thinking, with hands-on experience launching systems, programs, or processes from inception</li> <li>Proven ability to manage ambiguity, execute quickly, and bring clarity to complex challenges</li> <li>Strong relationship builder who can influence across functions and levels of the organization.</li> <li>Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.</li> <li>Experience with QA systems, conversational intelligence platforms, or AI tools like ChatGPT/OpenAI</li> <li>Familiarity with performance data, operational metrics, and reporting systems</li> <li>Experience using MaestroQA or other QA/automation platforms</li> <li>Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages</li> <li>Familiarity with Looker or other BI tools</li> <li>Exposure to customer-facing, support, or sales environments</li> <li>Experience with prompt design, classifier strategy, or large-scale conversational analysis</li> </ul> We value diversity We know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems.
