You’ll be based in our York office or working remotely in the UK, leading a team of designers within our product organization. With offices in San Francisco, London, and across the globe, youll be part of a collaborative, diverse, and forward-thinking environment. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the experience of a world-class enterprise planning platform. You’ll lead a team focused on delivering intuitive, data-rich, and scalable experiences that support business users across finance, operations, and planning. Reporting to the Head of UX, you’ll play a key role in developing team culture, supporting designer growth, and aligning design priorities with product strategy. While people management is central to your role, you’ll also stay hands-on—contributing to project work, guiding design decisions, and leading by example. Your Impact <ul> <li>Manage and mentor a team of UX designers, supporting their growth, wellbeing, and performance.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that values quality, feedback, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Lead design for a product area, balancing people management with hands-on contribution.</li> <li>Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional leads to shape strategy and execution.</li> <li>Guide the team in applying our design system, accessibility practices, and platform-wide UX standards.</li> <li>Facilitate design reviews, support research initiatives, and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.</li> <li>Report to the Head of UX and contribute to broader design leadership initiatives.</li> </ul> Your Qualifications <ul> <li>Extensive background in UX or product design, including previous experience in a people management role.</li> <li>Experience designing complex systems or enterprise platforms.</li> <li>Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and elevate design conversations.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to coach and develop individual designers.</li> <li>Hands-on design experience with Figma, design systems, and accessibility standards.</li> </ul> Preferred Skills <ul> <li>Experience working in enterprise SaaS or financial planning software.</li> <li>Familiarity with modeling tools such as Anaplan, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.</li> <li>Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional product development.</li> <li>Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.</li> <li>Strong interest in developing UX strategy, process, or design operations.</li> </ul><div>Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
