Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!</div>Your Impact As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving partner-led growth through partner technical GTM, enablement, and delivery excellence activities. <ul> <li>Observe, coach, and manage Anaplan partner resources through the partner lifecycle, both in the field and via workshops.</li> <li>Develop strategic partner enablement plans alongside designated Alliances, Customer Success, Sales, and Channel resources.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with Product, Application CoE, Engineering, and Content Owners to evaluate, curate, and design state-of-the-art, scalable enablement assets for partners.</li> <li>Drive the partner agenda internally based on partner needs and business objectives of the supporting region/function.</li> <li>Provide thought leadership on technical topics related to Anaplan Apps and the platform by creating content such as blogs, technical write-ups, how-to guides, partner newsletters, demos, and other technical assets.</li> <li>Liaise with Partner Operations to review and develop partner metrics that support decision-making.</li> </ul> Externally, you will work with Partner Practice Leads to: <ul> <li>Shape GTM strategy with priority partners, enabling them on Anaplan’s value proposition and developing joint solutions with Alliances.</li> <li>Support partners in identifying opportunities, positioning Anaplan, and preparing for implementation.</li> <li>Review customer portfolios, assess implementation health, and recommend training or action plans.</li> <li>Contribute expertise to develop localized enablement materials with Content Developers.</li> <li>Plan and host partner workshops, events, and planning meetings to strengthen collaboration across Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Support.</li> </ul> Your Qualifications <ul> <li>Previous partner enablement OR presales experience essential</li> <li>Demonstrable experience of IT experience and EPM consulting experience</li> <li>Functional knowledge of Supply Chain or Finance planning with experience in leading EPM application implementations / presales</li> <li>Technical knowledge of SaaS applications, cloud platforms, data management is a must either as pre-sales or implementation architect.</li> <li>Fluency in any one of the following languages, in addition to English, is a plus – Spanish, Italian Portuguese, Dutch</li> </ul><div>Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
