Customer Account Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquires.
  • Make sure customer demand reflected correctly and accuracy. Order entry and maintenance managed properly.
  • Ensure on time delivery support, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps.
  • Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Proactive focus on Revenue, Forecasting, Pricing management and overall operational management.
  • The agile problem solvers, providing a helping hand to our Customers and Sales.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review.
  • Data analysis provider that empower for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistic , or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skill.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiar with Power BI will be preferred.
