For more information, visit amplify.com.Amplify seeks a versatile individual to join our organization as a Business Systems  Analyst to support the optimization of core business processes across the organization.  This role will work closely with product development, finance, sales, service, and supply chain teams to manage, improve, and drive efficiencies in critical business systems and processes.  This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to ensure that solutions align with company goals by translating business requirements into functional definitions, clarifying requests for development and QA, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in an agile development life cycle.Responsibilities:Work as part of the Business Systems team to partner with operational teams (e.g., Accounting, FP&amp;A, Supply Chain, Sales) to define and prioritize the product vision and strategy for ERP and CRM functions, including order management, general ledger, financial controls, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, and order fulfillment processes.Facilitate communication across departments to identify potential changes to upstream or downstream processes that impact financial transactions, demand planning, fulfillment, and reporting.Acquire requirements for sophisticated system improvements and document in the format of user stories and acceptance criteriaReview processes and procedures and provide recommendations to the operational teams and management regarding ways to optimize efficienciesBuild business workflows that support and outline the processes the business follows to perform its functionsDelegate tasks to team members, ensure all deadlines are met, and address and resolve escalated issuesLeverage various datasets to solve complex issues and drive business decisions. Perform/facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prioritize information for Change Control meetings, and acquire vital approval for the release and deployment of system changesDocument system improvements for the end-user and deliver training sessions if neededTroubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the configuration of the ERP and CRM systemsCollaborate with the Business Systems team to define, approve, and prioritize strategic projects; plan and implement projects by documenting requirements and conducting UAT; and offering suggestions for system or process solutions to solve business needsEvaluate and research standard practices for department and cross-department strategic initiatives.Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Technology or business-related practice  </li><li>5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related experience </li><li>Experience with operations, manufacturing and vendor management</li><li>Experience with data management concepts and workflows.  </li><li>Solid research, analysis, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience communicating technical information to non-technical teams in a concise and understandable manner</li><li>Experience working in a fast paced, team oriented environment</li><li>Experience successfully coordinating with professionals and managers/leaders internally and externally to meet timelines and requirements</li><li>Experience creating and delivering high-quality presentations on relevant topics to diverse audiences</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with ERP systems (Preferably Netsuite)</li><li>Experience with one or more of the following SaaS platforms: Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday</li><li>Six Sigma, Lean, PMP or comparable certifications</li><li>Experience working with Agile Methodologies and best practices</li><li>Background in the K-12 education industry</li><li>Solid understanding of order fulfillment processes (5+ years)</li><li>Previous Supply Chain experience (including experience with demand planning, fulfillment, and reporting impact)</li><li>Master’s degree in computer science or MBA</li></ul>What we offer: Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.
