This includes creating and distributing invoices and resolving billing disputes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, a strong understanding of Salesforce, and a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Essential Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner using NetSuite.</li><li>Process and apply customer payments, reconcile discrepancies, and support accounts receivable collections aging processes.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to maintain billing accuracy, using Salesforce to track customer accounts and sales orders.</li><li>Reconcile billing data and reports, leveraging advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze data and identify trends. </li><li>Communicate with the accounts receivable collections team to resolve billing inquiries, payment discrepancies, and collections issues.</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing and analyzing financial reports related to accounts receivable.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to improve billing processes and ensure compliance with company policies.</li></ul>Required Qualifications: <ul><li>2-4 years of experience in an accounts receivable, billing, or similar financial role.</li><li>A bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Microsoft Excel: Expert-level proficiency with advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Software Proficiency:<ul><li>NetSuite: Demonstrated experience with NetSuite for billing, invoicing, and reporting is required.</li><li>Salesforce: Experience with Salesforce, particularly in a user capacity to access customer and sales information is preferred.</li></ul></li></ul>  What we offer: Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs.
