Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will serve as the Business Partner Lead for Technology and Medical, reporting directly to the Executive Director for R&amp;D and ATMOS Sourcing. You will spearhead initiatives to define partnership strategies, oversee business planning and governance, and unlock innovation and value realization across Global Development.</p><p>Your mission will extend to fostering collaboration, enabling enterprise-wide initiatives, and championing change to position Global Procurement as a strategic value driver within the organization.</p><h2><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the Global Technology and Medical organization, offering expert insights into market trends, supplier capabilities, and best practices for Technology strategies.</li><li>Forge strategic, high-impact partnerships with key partners across Technology and Medical, ensuring alignment between business priorities and Category strategies.</li><li>Leverage market intelligence to craft business strategies that seamlessly connect with Development category objectives.</li><li>Work strategically with the supply base to drive supplier-enabled innovation that supports and enhances business partner objectives.</li><li>Provide Technology Procurement expertise to catalyze business development, operational innovation, and other high-value initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to generate, capture, and recognize value across the enterprise. The professional we seek is an individual with these qualifications.</p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><p>Doctorate degree and 5 years of procurement, category management, technology, or related experience</p><h2>Or</h2><p>Master’s degree and 9 years of procurement, category management, technology, or related experience</p><h2>Or</h2><p>Bachelor’s degree and 11 years of procurement, category management, technology, or related experience</p><p>In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have at least 5 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above</p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>10-15 years of experience in procurement, category management, Technology, or related fields, with a strong focus on developing and implementing Procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Experience leading Technology Procurement categories &amp; teams, from shaping strategies to successful execution.</li><li>Experience in IT Category Management, including Infrastructure, Cloud &amp; Security, Data, Analytics &amp; AI Platforms, Enterprise SaaS &amp; Digital Apps, IT &amp; Professional Services, and Digital Health &amp; Regulated Tech</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in spearheading cross-functional initiatives, making strategic category trade-offs, and representing major vertical categories at top-level decision-making forums</li><li>An analytical approach focused on performance metrics and value management, encompassing the generation, realization, and recognition of pipeline value.</li><li>Expertise in Enterprise Technology Contracting and/or Sourcing Excellence.</li><li>Track record of collaborating with senior-level stakeholders as a trusted business partner.</li><li>Dynamic Leader with a track record of growing and developing strong teams</li><li>Strong leadership and influence within matrixed teams, with the ability to unify and guide cross-functional efforts.</li><li>Exceptional change management skills, enabling the adoption of complex Procurement and business strategies across ecosystems.</li><li>Competence in translating business priorities into actionable category strategies.</li><li>Deep understanding of driving supplier-enabled innovation into enterprise ecosystems.</li><li>Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>What you can expect of us</b></h2><p>As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
