The ACCP Finance and FP&amp;A Manager reports to the Finance and FP&amp;A Lead (Associate Director).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supporting the Finance and FP&amp;A team in:<ul><li>Producing timely and accurate monthly forecasts of expense budgets in coordination with country-level stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitating business planning and decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis.</li><li>Managing and tracking expense budgets, latest estimates, and variance analysis.</li></ul></li><li>Leading FP&amp;A projects locally and participating in broader cross-functional or regional initiatives where needed.</li><li>Driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within ACCP, aiming to optimize FP&amp;A processes and deliverables.</li><li>Contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented learning environment, enhancing team capabilities through improved methodologies and technical tools.</li><li>Coaching and mentoring team members to support their professional development, offering regular feedback and guidance to strengthen both technical and soft skills.</li><li>Providing proactive decision support to various stakeholders, including Business Units, project teams, and functional leads.</li><li>Monitoring ACCP FP&amp;A service quality and stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon expectations.</li><li>Identifying and tracking financial KPIs, and proactively recommending corrective actions when needed.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulations relevant to financial planning and reporting.</li><li>Representing the FP&amp;A team in global meetings, presenting key financial insights and action plans to senior leadership.</li></ul>WINWhat we expect of youThe ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team leader with process improvement and communication skills.
