Let’s change the world!In this vital role, you will provide technical expertise and guidance supporting the start-up of the plant and daily operations.Initial Focus (years 1 and 2):<ul><li>Partner with the Capital Project Delivery and Site Operations team providing technical support associated with the start-up, commissioning, and qualification of the wide variety of equipment and systems used in Manufacturing, Laboratories, Utilities, and other areas at the site.</li><li>Support development, writing and implementation of the Maintenance program documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Orders (WO), Job Plans (JP), Hazard Risk Assessments (HRA), Job Hazard Assessments (JHA), etc.</li><li>Ensure safety of all staff during plant construction and start-up operations and maintenance activities.</li></ul>Post-Construction completion and continued operations:<ul><li>Perform scheduled calibration and corrective maintenance and repair activities on equipment and systems used across the ARC site</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.</li><li>Ensure activities are accomplished in a safe manner and with quality.</li><li>Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and cGMPs</li><li>Work in a highly productive and efficient manner to maximize the quantity of activities completed.</li><li>Ensure work is appropriately communicated to system operators and key stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure work order documentation is completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Identify waste, workflow interrupters, and other opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions, and assist with implementation.</li><li>Identify opportunities to learn new skills and actively participate in development that will improve overall team performance.</li><li>Provide support when required - this may be outside of normal working hours including nights, weekends and holidays.</li></ul>What we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The motivated professional we seek is a team-player with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>Certification that is directly related to the role and 2 years of [Instrumentation/ calibration experience OR</li><li>High school diploma / GED and 2 years of Instrumentation/ calibration experience OR</li><li>Associate’s degree</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>3 + years of combined education, training, and experience with instrumentation and associated calibration procedures.</li><li>Ability to work with minimum direction.</li><li>Knowledge of Maximo CMMS System.</li><li>Advanced understanding of process control loops, loop checks, and loop tuning of process control systems.</li><li>Experience with Rosemount, Mettler Toledo, Endress and Hauser, and Delta V process control system.</li><li>Formal biomanufacturing education or training (Associate’s Degree, Armed Services, or other substantial technical training program.
