You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and technology teams to drive measurable growth, while also tapping into cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) tools to optimize workflows and unlock new possibilities for search.If you’re curious, data-driven, and excited about the chance to make a global impact at one of the world’s most respected brands, this role is for you.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support SEO Strategy Execution: Partner with SEO leads, business units, and agencies to implement SEO best practices for U.S. and global markets.</li><li>Technical SEO Contributions: Assist in analyzing platform improvements (JavaScript/React environment) to ensure crawlability, indexation, and site performance.</li><li>AI-Enhanced SEO Workflows: Use GenAI tools to support keyword research, content optimization, metadata generation, and reporting.</li><li> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate SEO into new experiences, migrations, and redesigns.</li><li>Performance Tracking: Collaborate with analytics to monitor KPIs, track results, and identify new growth opportunities.</li><li>Education &amp; Evangelism: Help communicate SEO best practices across teams and act as a resource for day-to-day SEO questions.</li><li>Agency &amp; Vendor Partnership: Support the coordination and tracking of deliverables with external SEO partners. </li></ul></div><h3> </h3><h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years of SEO experience (agency or in-house; enterprise/global experience a plus).</li><li> Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, etc.).</li><li>Advanced technical SEO understanding and web architecture (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).</li><li>Exposure to or interest in using Generative AI to enhance SEO workflows.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul> Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
